Hi and welcome to the Highlander Tournament,
maybe some of you already know what it is, Highlander Tournament is the tourney where all the cards (except banned) become limited, so this will be testin the creativity, deck buildin skills, and playin skills of you (i think  ).

Lets get to the point. 

Here are the sign-ups rules :

- Sign-up fee is 150DP - The duel will be using Percy's YGOPRO and DN. - Any registered member on RDA who have at least 150DP can join the tour. - Any decks can be used. - Every card (except banned cards) is limited, this means you cannot run more that 1 copy of each card per deck (that applies to main deck, side deck and extra deck). - We will using March 2013 Banlist (that means banned cards at march 2013 banlist cannot be used). - A deck must contain a minimun of 40 cards (you dont say). - Deck change during the tournament is not allowed. - Each round will have max 2 days to be played. - Have Fun.

as the end of season announced by RsS here, so the highlander tourney will start at 8th September. Make sure you register and send the deck before it.

yh, since theres tourney and event startin currently, and end of the season is 30th august, and many registered havent send the deck, so thats it.

this event all the other events must be done before 30th of august or be canceled and you can restart them after September 30th
