Hi and welcome to the Highlander Tournament #2,
maybe some of you already know what it is, Highlander Tournament is the tourney where all the cards (except banned) become limited, so this will be testin the creativity, deck buildin skills, and playin skills of you (i think ).

Lets get to the point. 

Here are the sign-ups rules :

- Sign-up fee is 150DP - The duel will be using Percy's YGOPRO and DN. - Any registered member on RDA who have at least 150DP can join the tour. - Any decks can be used. - Every card (except banned cards) is limited, this means you cannot run more that 1 copy of each card per deck (that applies to main deck, side deck and extra deck). - We will use October 11 TCG Banlist 2013. - A deck must contain a minimun of 40 cards (you dont say). - Deck change during the tournament is not allowed. - Each round will have max 2 days to be played. - The DP is deducted whenever you posted the registration, (even you havent sent the deck) - If at the deadline of registration you still havent sent the deck, the DP is lost forever - Have Fun.
