"A Fierce One-on-One Battle!! Yuma VS Alit the Indomitable Fighter"The eightieth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on November 18, 2012
The Seven Lords of the Barian World make their next move. Alit appears before Gilag, and chastises him for not getting anything done. However, when Alit arrives on earth, he falls head over heels for Tori. This causes him to drop what he's doing with collecting the "Number" cards, and instead aims for Tori's heart. Alit makes constant moves on Tori to win her heart, but Yuma somehow seems to always get in his way. Ultimately, Alit demands a Duel with Yuma, issuing a challenge to his "rival" for Tori's heart.
Featured Duel : - Yuma Tsukumo vs. Alit:
Turn 1: Alit Alit Normal Summons "Burning Knuckler - Hedgear" (1000/1800). He then activates "Boxer Entrance Announcement" which allows him to Special Summon a "Burning Knuckler" monster from his hand. Alit Special Summons "Burning Knuckler - Glassjaw" (2000/0). He overlays his two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Burning Knuckler - Leadblow the Bound Barbarian" (2200/2000) in Attack Position. Alit Sets two cards.
Turn 2: Yuma Yuma Normal Summons "Gagaga Magician" (1500/1000) and activates "Blustering Winds", increasing its ATK by 1000 until the next Standby Phase (1500 → 2500). "Gagaga Magician" attacks "Leadblow", but Alit activates the effect of "Leadblow", detaching an Overlay Unit to prevent its destruction by battle and increase its ATK by 800 after damage calculation (Alit 4000 → 3700, "Leadblow" 2200 → 3000).
Turn 3: Alit Alit activates the Continuous Spell Card "One-on-One Battle". Battle Damage will be increased by 1000 as long as it is face-up. "Leadblow" attacks and destroys "Gagaga Magician" (Yuma 4000 → 2500).
Turn 4: Yuma Yuma Normal Summons "Dododo Warrior" (2300/900) without Tribute via its own effect, while decreasing its ATK by 500 (2300 → 1800). He then activates "Monster Reborn", Special Summoning "Gagaga Magician" (1500/1000) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. He activates the effect of "Gagaga Magician", changing its Level to 6. Yuma overlays his two Level 6 monsters to Xyz Summon "Gauntlet Shooter" (2400/2800) in Attack Position. He activates the effect of "Gauntlet Shooter", detaching an Overlay Unit to target one monster and destroy it. He targets "Leadblow", but Alit activates his face-down "Xyz Block", letting him detach an Overlay Unit from an Xyz Monster he controls to negate an opponent's card effect. As an Overlay Unit was detached from "Leadblow", its ATK rises by 800 via its own effect (3000 → 3800). Yuma Sets two cards.
Turn 5: Alit Alit draws "K.O Burn Knuckle". "Leadblow" attacks "Gauntlet Shooter", but Yuma activates his face-down "Battle Rush", preventing its destruction in battle and inflicting the Battle Damage to the opponent instead. Alit activates his face-down "Accel Footwork", negating the activation of Yuma's Trap Card and destroying it. Yuma activates his face-down "Xyz Cross" as a Trap Card was activated during the Battle Phase when two Xyz Monsters battle. The Trap is negated and Yuma will draw one card and reveal it. If it is a monster, the ATK of the battling monsters will swap and the ATK of the opponent's monster will become 0. If it is a Spell or Trap Card, the Battle Damage Yuma takes will double. Yuma draws and reveals "Ganbara Knight". As it is a monster, "Accel Footwork" is negated and the ATKs of "Leadblow" and "Gauntlet Shooter" swap, with the former's then becoming 0 ("Leadblow" 3800 → 2400 → 0, "Gauntlet Shooter" 2400 → 3800). The attack continues and "Leadblow" is destroyed (Alit 3700 → 0).
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 081:
"Kotori Chaos Xyz Changes!? The Tumultuous Sports Duel Tournament"The eighty-first episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on November 25, 2012
At Gilag's urging, Yuma holds a Sports Duel Tournament to help decide the representative for the Super Secret Number Cards Investigation Club. Unbeknownst to him, Gilag has brainwashed Tori and Cathy. Ultimately, Yuma and Shark are to Duel them, but Shark, who doesn't want to waste his time, leaves at the last minute and is replaced by Gilag.
Featured Duel : - Yuma Tsukumo & Gilag vs Cathy Catherine & Tori Meadows:
Turn 1: Yuma Yuma Normal Summons "Stinging Sworsman" (300/600) and Sets a card.
Turn 2: Cathy Cathy Normal Summons "Cat Girl" (1200/1600). "Cat Girl" attacks and destroys "Stinging Swordsman" (Yuma & Gilag 4000 → 3100).
Turn 3: Gilag Gilag Normal Summons "Magic Hand" (800/1600) and Sets two cards.
Turn 4: Tori Gilag activates his face-down "Magic Search". This forces Tori to add 1 Spell Card from her Deck to her hand instead of conducting her normal draw. Then he activates the effect of "Magic Hand". As a Spell Card was added from Tori's Deck to her hand, Gilag can destroy that card and inflict 800 damage to his opponent. He then activates Yuma's face-down "Forget It", negating the effect of his monster and changing it to Defense Position. Tori Normal Summons "Little Fairy" (800/800). She then activates its effect by sending "Icarus Attack" from her hand to the Graveyard, increasing its Level by 1. She overlays her two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Fairy Cheer Girl" (1900/1500) in Attack Position. She then activates the effect of "Fairy Cheer Girl", detaching an Overlay Unit to draw 1 card. Tori activates "Rank-Up Magic - Barian's Force", Ranking Up "Fairy Cheer Girl" and performing a Chaos Xyz Evolution to Special Summon "Chaos Xyz: Dark Fairy Cheer Girl" (2500/1900) in Attack Position. "Dark Fairy Cheer Girl" attacks and destroys "Magic Hand". She then activates the effect of "Dark Fairy Cheer Girl", detaching an Overlay Unit, to inflict 500 damage to the opponent for each card in her hand. She has four cards in her hand, so they take 2000 damage (Yuma & Gilag 3100 → 1100).
Turn 5: Yuma Yuma Normal Summons "Gagaga Girl" (1000/800) in Attack Position. He then activates "Level Meister", sending "Gagaga Magician" from his hand to the Graveyard to make the Level of "Gagaga Girl" equal to that of "Gagaga Magician". He then activates "Monster Reborn", Special Summoning "Gagaga Magician" (1500/1000) from his Graveyard. Yuma overlays his two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. As "Gagaga Girl" was used as an Overlay Unit with another "Gagaga" monster, its effect activates, reducing the ATK of "Dark Fairy Cheer Girl" to 0 (2500 → 0). He then activates Gilag's face-down "Hand Power", which allows him to double the ATK of a monster on the field by banishing 1 "Hand" monster from the Graveyard. Yuma banishes "Magic Hand" and doubles the ATK of "Utopia" (2500 → 5000). "Utopia" attacks and destroys "Dark Fairy Cheer Girl" (Cathy & Tori 4000 → 0).

"The Lone Barian Knight: Misael the Galaxy-Eyes Master Appears"The eighty-second episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on December 9, 2012
Durbe, annoyed with the fact that Gilag and Alit have been unable to produce good results, sends out Misael. Before departing, Misael captures "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" by sealing it in a blank card. On Earth, Misael Duels Yuma with his new "Number" monster, using the "Barian's Sphere Cube".
Featured Duel : - Yuma Tsukumo vs. Misael:
Turn 1: YumaYuma Normal Summons "Goblindbergh" (1400/0) and activates its effect, letting him Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from his hand. Yuma Special Summons "Ganbara Knight" (0/1800). He overlays his two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. Yuma's hand contains "Dododo Warrior", "Gagaga Girl", "Overlay Bullet" and "Overlay Chain". Yuma equips "Utopia" with "Overlay Chain", preventing the Overlay Units attached to it from being affected by card effects.
Turn 2: Misael As his opponent controls an Xyz Monster, Misael Special Summons "Radius, the Half-Moon Dragon" (1400/1200) from his hand via its own effect, which also doubles its Level to 8. As he controls a Level 8 monster, he Normal Summons "Parsec, the Instellar Dragon" (800/800) from his hand without Tribute via its own effect. Misael overlays his two Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" (3000/2500) in Attack Position.Duel continues in the next episode.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 083:
"The Astronomical Dimensional Dragon!! Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon"The eighty-third episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on December 16, 2012
Due to Misael's "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon", Yuma is unable to continue the Duel and Kite appears to take his place. Misael and Kite then begin a battle in which the pride of being a "Galaxy-Eyes Master" is on the line.
Featured Duels : - Yuma Tsukumo vs. Misael:
Duel continues from the previous episode.
Turn 2: Misael "Number 107: Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" (3000/2500) attacks "Number 39: Utopia" (2500/2000), but Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia", detaches an Overlay Unit to negate the attack. Misael activates the effect of "Tachyon Dragon" detaching an Overlay Unit to negate the effects of all other monsters on the field. Since the effect of "Utopia" was activated, the second effect of "Tachyon Dragon" activates, and it gains 1000 ATK (3000 → 4000/2500) and can attack twice. "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" attacks and destroys "Utopia" (Yuma 4000 → 2500).
At this point, Yuma is unable to continue the Duel, so Kite takes his place and continues the Duel with Yuma's remaining 2500 Life Points.
- Kite Tenjo vs. Misael:
Turn 2: Misael Misael Sets a card and at the End Phase, the ATK of "Tachyon Dragon" returns to its original value (4000 → 3000).
Turn 3: Kite Kite activates "Photon Trade", which allows him to draw 2 cards at the cost of sending a "Photon" monster from his hand to the Graveyard. He sends "Photon Specter" (0/0) and draws "Photon Thrasher" and "Lumenize". As he doesn't control any other monsters, he Special Summons "Photon Thrasher" (2100/0) from his hand in Attack Position via its own effect. He then Normal Summons "Photon Crusher" (2000/0). Kite Tributes his two monsters with 2000 or more ATK to Special Summon "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (3000/2500) from his hand in Attack Position via its own effect. Kite attacks "Tachyon Dragon" with "Photon Dragon", then activates the latter's effect, banishing both monsters until the end of the Battle Phase. As "Tachyon Dragon" is an Xyz Monster, its remaining Overlay Unit ("Radius the Half-Moon Dragon") is sent to the Graveyard. The Battle Phase ends and both monsters are Special Summoned, with "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" gaining 500 ATK as an Overlay Unit was sent to the Graveyard via its effect (3000 → 3500). Misael activates his face-down "Instant Overlay", which allows him to attach this card as an Overlay Unit to "Tachyon Dragon" as it doesn't have any Overlay Units. Next, he activates the effect of "Tachyon Dragon", detaching an Overlay Unit to negate the effect of "Photon Dragon", returning its ATK to its original value (3500 → 3000). Kite's hand contains "Photon Circle", "Lumenize" and "Shift Up". Kite Sets a card and at the End Phase the ATK of "Tachyon Dragon" returns to is original value (4000 → 3000).
Turn 4: Misael Misael activates "Tractor Reverse", letting him target an Xyz Monster that has no Overlay Units and attach this card and one of his opponent's Set cards to it as Overlay Units, but he may not Normal or Special Summon this this turn. He targets "Tachyon Dragon", giving it two more Overlay Units. "Tachyon Dragon" attacks "Photon Dragon", with Misael activating the "Tachyon Drive" Quick-Play Spell Card. This lets him target a "Tachyon Dragon" monster and make it immune to Spell/Trap Cards this turn. As both monsters have the same ATK, "Photon Dragon" is destroyed, but "Tachyon Dragon" is not as "Photon Dragon" is not a "Number". Since a card or effect was activated during the Battle Phase, the ATK of "Tachyon Dragon" increases by 1000 via its own effect (3000 → 4000) and may attack again. "Tachyon Dragon" attacks directly, but Kite activates the effect of the "Photon Spectre" in his Graveyard, banishing it to Special Summon a "Photon" monster from his Graveyard, which cannot be destroyed by battle, but its ATK will be reduced by 1000 and its effects negated. He Special Summons "Photon Dragon" (3000 → 2000/2500). It becomes the new attack target (Kite 2500 → 500). At the End Phase, the ATK of "Tachyon Dragon" returns to its original value.
Turn 5: Kite Kite activates "Monster Reborn", Special Summoning "Photon Thrasher" (2100/0) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. He then Normal Summons "Photon Circle" (1000/1000) in Attack Position. He activates "Shift Up", targeting "Photon Dragon", causing all monsters he controls to have their Levels change to that of "Photon Dragon" until the End Phase. Kite overlays his three Level 8 monsters to Xyz Summon "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" (4500/3000) in Attack Position. Since "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" was used as an Overlay Unit, the effect of all other face-up cards are negated. He activates its second effect, detaching the Overlay Units from "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" to increase the ATK of "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" by 500 (4500 → 5000) and allowing it to attack for each Overlay Unit detached (thus only getting to attack once, just like in a normal situation). "Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" attacks and destroys "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" (Misael 4000 → 2000).
Turn 6: Misael Misael activates "Monster Reborn", Special Summoning "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" (3000/2500) from his Graveyard in Attack Position. Misael activates "Rank-Up Magic - Barian's Force", Ranking Up "Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon" and performing a Chaos Xyz Evolution to Special Summon "Number C107: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon". Its power threatens to destroy the Barian's Sphere Cube, so Misael cancels the Duel.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 084:
"Rise Up! Yuma VS Shark, A Healing Duel"The eighty-fourth episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL anime. It first aired in Japan on December 23, 2012
After his Duel with Misael, Yuma is injured in both body and spirit. Therefore, in order get through to him, Shark challenges him to a Duel.

Turn 1: Yuma Yuma Sets a monster.
Turn 2: Shark Shark activates "Fish Spawn", Special Summoning 2 Level 1 "Fish Spawn Tokens" (0/0) by paying 1000 Life Points (Shark 4000 → 3000). He Tributes the 2 "Fish Spawn Tokens" to Tribute Summon "Big Whale" (1000/3000) in Attack Position. As "Big Whale" was Normal Summoned its effect changes Yuma's Set monster - "Gogogo Golem" (1800/1500) - to face-up Defense Position and also lets him Special Summon a Level 4 or lower WATER monster from his hand. He Special Summons "Drill Barnacle" (300/0). He then activates "Three Slice", Tributing his Level 9 "Big Whale" to Special Summon three Level 3 monsters from his Deck. Shark Summons three copies of "Starfish" (300/300). He overlays his two Level 3 "Starfish" to Xyz Summon "Submersible Carrier Aero Shark" (1900/1000) in Attack Position. Shark overlays his remaining "Starfish" with "Drill Barnacle" to Xyz Summon "Black Ray Lancer" (2100/600) in Attack Position. He activates the effect of "Aero Shark", detaching an Overlay Unit to inflict damage to Yuma equal to the amount of cards in his hand times 400. He has two cards, so Yuma takes 800 damage (Yuma 4000 → 3200). He then detaches an Overlay Unit to activate the effect of "Black Ray Lancer", negating the effects of "Gogogo Golem" until the End Phase. "Aero Shark" attacks and destroys "Gogogo Golem" and "Black Ray Lancer" attacks directly (Yuma 3200 → 1100).
Turn 3: Yuma Yuma's hand includes "Gagaga Gardna", "Gogogo Giant", "Gogogo Gofu" and "Ganbara Knight". He Normal Summons "Gogogo Giant" (2000/0), whose effect activates, Special Summoning "Gogogo Golem" (1800/1500) from his Graveyard in Defense Position and switching "Gogogo Giant" to Defense Position. He then activates the Continuous Spell Card "Gogogo Gofu". Since Yuma controls only "Gogogo" monsters, once per turn, each of those monsters cannot be destroyed by battle and since he controls two "Gogogo" monsters, any effect damage he takes becomes 0.
Turn 4: Shark As Yuma controls two monsters, Shark Normal Summons the Level 5 "Phanter Shark" (1100/2000) without Tribute via its effect. As he controls a face-up "Panther Shark", he Special Summons "Eagle Shark" (1000/1800) from his hand via its own effect. He then overlays his two Level 5 monsters to Xyz Summon "Shark Fortress" (2400/1800) in Attack Position. Shark equips "Black Ray Lancer" with "Sharkize", letting him treat it as a "Shark" monster and increase its ATK by 400 (2100 → 2500/600)[Notes 1]. He then detaches an Overlay Unit to activate the effect of "Black Ray Lancer", negating the effects of "Gogogo Golem" until the End Phase. "Aero Shark" attacks "Gogogo Giant", with the effect of "Gogogo Gofu" preventing its destruction by battle. "Black Ray Lancer" attacks and destroys "Gogogo Giant". Shark attacks "Gogogo Golem" with "Shark Fortress", with the effect of "Gogogo Gofu" prevents its destruction by battle. Shark activates the effect of "Shark Fortress", by detaching an Overlay Unit he can target 1 "Shark" monster he controls that has attacked this turn, that monster can attack once again. Shark first targets "Aero Shark". "Aero Shark" attacks and destroys "Gogogo Golem". Since Yuma controls no "Gogogo" monsters, "Gogogo Gofu" is destroyed via its own effect. Shark activates the effect of "Shark Fortress" again, detaching an Overlay Unit to allow "Black Ray Lancer" equipped with "Sharkize" to attack again. "Black Ray Lancer" attacks directly, but Yuma activates the effect of the "Gagaga Gardna" (1500/2000) in his hand, Special Summoning it in Attack Position as he is about to be attacked directly. Yuma uses the other effect of "Gagaga Gardna", discarding a card to prevent its destruction by battle (Yuma 1100 → 100).
Turn 5: Yuma Yuma draws "The Strongest Shield" and Normal Summons "Ganbara Knight" (0/1800). Yuma overlays his two Level 4 Warrior-Type monsters to Xyz Summon "Heroic Champion - Excalibur" (2000/2000) in Attack Position. He then equips it with "The Strongest Shield" which allows it to gain ATK equal to its DEF since its in Attack Position (2000 → 4000). Yuma activates the effect of "Excalibur", detaching all of its Overlay Units to double its ATK (4000 → 8000) until the End Phase. "Excalibur" attacks and destroys "Shark Fortress" (Shark 3000 → 0).
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 085:

Featured Duel : - Yuma Tsukumo vs. Alit:
Turn 1: Alit Alit Normal Summons "Burning Knuckler - Headgear" (1000/1800). As he controls a "Burning Knuckler" monster, Alit Special Summons "Burning Knuckler - Spar" (1200/1400) from his hand via its own effect. He overlays his two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Burning Knuckler - Leadblow the Bound Barbarian" (2200/2000) in Attack Position. Alit Sets three cards.
Turn 2: Yuma Yuma Normal Summons "Gagaga Magician" (1500/1000). As he controls a "Gagaga" monster, Yuma Special Summons "Gagaga Kid" (800/1200) from his hand via its own effect. Since "Gagaga Kid" was Summoned via its own effect, its effect allows it to change its Level to the same Level as "Gagaga Magician", from 2, to 4. Yuma overlays his two Level 4 monsters to Xyz Summon "Number 39: Utopia" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. Yuma Sets three cards. Alit activates his face-down "Overlay Flash", by targeting 1 Xyz Monster he controls and detaching an Overlay Unit from it, he can negate the effect of one monster the opponent controls. Therefore, an Overlay Unit is detached from "Leadblow" and the effect of "Utopia" is negated. As an Overlay Unit was detached from "Leadblow", its ATK rises by 800 via its own effect (2200 → 3000)
Turn 3: Alit "Leadblow" attacks "Utopia", but Yuma activates his face-down "Battle Rush", which can prevent his monster's destruction by battle and inflict the Battle Damage to the opponent instead. Alit activates his face-down "Accel Footwork", negating the activation of Yuma's Trap Card and destroying it as it was activated during the Battle Phase. As a Trap Card was activated during the Battle Phase when two Xyz Monsters were battling, Yuma activates his face-down "Xyz Cross". Yuma will draw a card and reveal it. If it is a monster, the ATK of the battling monsters will swap and the ATK of the opponent's monster will become 0. If it is a Spell or Trap Card, the Battle Damage Yuma takes will double. As a Counter Trap Card negated and destroyed a card during a battle, Alit activates his face-down "Counter's High", negating "Xyz Cross" and doubling all Battle Damage from this battle. The attack continues and "Utopia" is destroyed (Yuma 4000 → 3000).
Turn 4: Yuma Yuma draws and activates "Xyz Revenge". As his opponent controls an Xyz Monster which has an Overlay Unit, he can target an Xyz Monster in his Graveyard, Special Summon it and attach the opponent's Overlay Unit to his new monster. Yuma Special Summons "Utopia" and takes an Overlay Unit from "Leadblow", whose ATK rises by 800 (3000 → 3800) via its own effect. As the ATK of an opponent's monster increased, Yuma activates his face-down "Fiery Fervor", equipping it to "Utopia" and doubling its ATK (2500 → 5000). "Utopia" attacks and destroys "Leadblow" (Alit 4000 → 2800).
Duel continues in the next episode.
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 086:

Featured Duel : - Yuma Tsukumo vs. Alit:
Duel continues from the previous episode.
Turn 5: Alit Alit Normal Summons "Burning Knuckler - Switchhitter" (1500/1400). He then activates "Burning Knucle Spirit". By sending the top card of his Deck to the Graveyard, if that card is a "Burning Knuckler" monster, he can Special Summon one Level 4 or lower "Burning Knuckler" monster from his Graveyard. The card is "Burning Knuckler - Counterblow" (0/1100), so he Special Summons "Burning Knuckler - Headgear" (1000/1800) from his Graveyard via the effect. Alit overlays his monsters, treating "Switchitter" as two Overlay Units via its effect, to Xyz Summon "Number 105: Burning Knuckler - Cestus the Meteor" (2500/1600) in Attack Position. "Cestus" attacks "Number 39: Utopia", but Yuma activates the effect of "Utopia", detaching an Overlay Unit to negate the attack. Alit activates the effect of "Cestus" as it is battling a monster that has ATK higher than it, detaching an Overlay Unit to prevent the attack from being negated, prevent the destruction of "Cestus" by battle and inflict the Battle Damage to Yuma instead (Yuma 3000 → 500). Alit Sets a card.
Turn 6: Yuma Astral and Yuma perform ZEXAL Morph. Yuma activates "Xyz Treasure", which allows him to draw a card for each Xyz Monster on the field, so he draws two. Yuma then performs a Chaos Xyz Evolution, overlaying "Utopia" to Xyz Summon "Number C39: Utopia Ray" (2500/2000) in Attack Position. "Utopia Ray" attacks "Cestus", destroying both monsters as they have equal ATK. Yuma then activates Quick-Play Spell Card "Xyz Stand-Up", which allows him to Special Summon 1 Xyz Monster from his Graveyard that was destroyed by battle in this turn and was sent to the Graveyard. The monster is Special Summoned, but cannot declare an attack this turn and its effects are negated. Yuma Special Summons "Utopia Ray" via this effect. Alit activates his own face-down "Xyz Stand-Up" to Special Summon "Cestus" with the same restrictions. Yuma Sets two cards.
Turn 7: Alit Alit activates "Xyz Treasure", drawing 2 two cards. He then activates "Rank-Up Magic - Barian's Force", Ranking Up "Cestus the Meteor" and performing a Chaos Xyz Evolution to Special Summon "Number C105: Burning Knuckler - Caestus the Comet" (2800/2000) in Attack Position. He activates the effect of "Caestus the Comet", by detaching a Chaos Overlay Unit from it, he can target one monster his opponent controls and destroy it, and inflict damage to the opponent equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. Yuma activates his face-down "Over Training", targeting "Utopia" to prevent its destruction this turn, but it will be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard at his next End Phase. "Caestus" attacks "Utopia Ray" (Yuma 500 → 200). Alit Sets a card.
Turn 8: Yuma Yuma performs a Shining Draw and Normal Summons "ZW - Eagle Claw" (2000/1200) without Tribute via its own effect as Alit has 2000 or more Life Points than Yuma. He then equips it to "Utopia Ray" via its effect, increasing its ATK by 2000 (2500 → 4500). "Utopia Ray" attacks "Caetus the Comet", but Alit activates the effect of the "Counterblow" in his Graveyard, banishing it to use a Trap Card in Yuma's Graveyard as his own. He uses "Battle Rush", preventing the monster's destruction by battle and inflicting the Battle Damage to Yuma instead. Yuma activates the effect of "Eagle Claw", negating the activation of and destroying a Trap Card as the equipped monster is battling. Alit activates his face-down "Corkscrew Cross", negating the activation of and destroying an opponent's card during the Battle Phase. Yuma activates his face-down "Last Chance" as his opponent activated a Counter Trap Card. He may use a Counter Trap Card from his opponent's Graveyard. He chooses "Counter's High" as a Counter Trap was activated during a battle, its activation is negated, it is destroyed and the Battle Damage was doubled. The attack continues and "Caestus the Comet" is destroyed (Alit 2800 → 0).
- Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL - Episode 087:
