Report - Round 1 vs Satellaknights:
Game 1 : Opponent starts of with Thunder King Rai-Oh and 4 backrow, a very strong start. Finding out I opened with 3 Maxx "C", 2 Nekroz Cycle and 1 Shurit, things didn't look that good for me. I set Maxx "C", hoping he would't get any of his monsters or field set-up more. Unfortunately, he already had a Vanity's and 2 Mind Crush Face-Down, so I had 0 chance of winning left. 0-1
Game 2: Going second, I started with a Brionac, a Shurit, a Unicore, a Kaleidoscope, a Nekroz Cycle and a Manju. My opponent had set 1 backrow, searched Altaïr with Deneb and Ended his turn. I searched Nekroz of Trishula by discarding Brionac , then tried to play Nekroz Kaleidoscope and my opponent activated Mind Crush calling my Trishula (baiting him into trish or he didn't knew better). Discarding Trishula, I summoned Unicore, sending Herald of the Arc Light to the grave, then searched Nekroz of Valkyrus. Next I play Nekroz Cycle, tributing my Shurit to summon Trishula from the grave, then using shurit to search Nekroz of Clausolas and Trishula removing the Deneb on the field, a Deneb in the hand and the Mind Crush in the grave from play. Searching Nekroz Mirror of Clausolas, then summoning Valyrus with it by banishing shurit from the grave & finally summoning Manju, he saw that I had more than 8000 on the field and scooped. 1-1.
Game 3 : Opponent started of with Vega, special summoning Deneb and searched a Altaïr of Deneb. He Xyz summoned Constellar Omega, following it up by placing a Ptolemy on top of it, set 2 backrow and ended his turn. Activating Kaleidoscope, my opponent chained Vanity's Emptiness. After the chain resolved I blew up the other set card with MST, also getting rid of Vanity's, then I played Brionac to search shurit. My opponent chained Artifact Lancea, making me unable to banish any cards or the rest of the turn. I ended my turn & my opponent looped the Lancea back into his hand using Ptolemy and then attack with Ptolemy. On my turn, he tributed the Lancea from his hand so I was stuck again, only being able to set shurit, he finished my off next turn. 1-2.
- Round 2 vs Yang Zing:
Game 1: Opponent starts of with a combo, summoning a Beelze, that has gotton a boost from Suanni and Immune to Traps due to Bixi and set 1 backrow. Mst-ing his only backrow, then stealing his Beelze with Snatch Steal, I win this one without special summoning myself. 1-0.
Game 2: He opens with 1 Backrow and sets 1 monster. I play mst on his backrow, then summon Trishula, also using Trishula's effect, he has no way to come back, so Trish wins this game. 2-0.
- Round 3 vs Burning Abyss:
Game 1: He starts of with 2 Dante's and 1 Backrow. I use Mst on his set Fire Lake, then Summon Brionac(through Nekroz Cycle), bouncing his Dante's, he special summons a Cir, through the Graff, that was one of the Dante's material. Next I summon Trishula with Mirror, banishing the Cir on the field, tour guide in hand and graff in the grave. Due to my opponent not having enough resources in his hand, I easily take the first game. 1-0.
Game 2: My opponent starts of with a Dante, and then uses Mask Change II on his scarm to summon a Dark Law. He sets 1 Backrow and ends his turn. I first use Mst on his backrow and then use Snatch Steal to take his Dark Law, searching Nekroz Mirror with clausolas and Trishula with Brionac, I then summon Trishula, using the effect and attack for 5100 Damage. My opponent can only set a Scarm on his next turn, which I banish with Trishula due to resummoing it from the grave after I tributed it with the Valkyrus I summoned that turn. 2-0.
- Round 4 vs Ritual Beasts:
My opponent started of with a combo that left a Steeds as his only backrow, and a RB Ulti-Cannahawk as his only monster. I start my turn by summoning Manju, then summoning Trishula with Cycle, using the Shurit from my hand, then banishing one of his monsters after he returned his Fusion monster back to the Extra Deck. Next I summon Unicore and Valkyrus, using Kaleidoscope. In the Battle Phase he destroyed my trishula with his set Steeds, but still took 4300 damage due to Valkyrus and Manju. In my Main Phase 2 I summoned Lavalval Chain, sent my Djinn from my deck to the grave and ended my turn by summoning Clausolas, using the Djinn in my grave. He drew no out against the Djinn-lock and I won this game. 1-0.
Game 2: I summoned Senju, which searched Valkyrus. I summoned Unicore & Valkyrus with Kaleidoscope, again sending the Djinn to the grave, the tributing a shurit from my hand and Lavalval Chain from my field to draw 2 & search Clausolas of Shurit. Then I summoned Clausolas, using the djinn in my grave, after searching Cycle with it. My opponent activate raigeki, but I chained a Gungnir from my hand to keep my Djinn-lock alive and my opponent didn't drew any outs to it after that. 2-0.
- Round 5 vs Mirror Match vs Nekroz :
Game 1: I summoned a field of Valkyrus and Lavalval Chain, putting Maxx "C" to the top of my deck (already had a Djinn in hand), then drawing the Maxx "C" and Brionac of Valkyrus' effect. My opponent pulled of a Djinn-lock, but I drew 3 due to Maxx "C", Book of Eclipse being one of them. I used BoE the following turn, summoned Trishula, banishing the now Face Down Clausolas, a Nekroz Kaleidoscope from his grave and a Valkyrus from his hand. Seeing I had hit a Valkyrus (and 1 already being in his grave), I filled my field to go for game. 1-0.
Game 2: I started with a Djinn-lock, leaving a Manju and Clausolas on my field and setting 2 backrow (1 Mst + 1 BoE). He activated his own Book of Eclipse, summoned his monsters (not Trishula luckely) and tried to attack my monsters, but I played Valkyrus from my hand. He tributed his own field and set 1, letting me draw 2 cards in the End Phase of BoE. I then Mst-ed his backrow, played my own BoE so I could search Gungnir of Manju. Summoned a Unicore and Gungnir of Nekroz Kaleidoscope by sending Star Eater to the grave and summoned a Brionac from my grave though Nekroz Cycle. I then attacked with Clausolas, he attacked a Valyrus in response and I chained Gungnir, discarding Trishula, to destory my own Clausolas, so his Valkyrus couldn't negate the attack. Seeing I had a Gungnir, a Manju, a Unicore and a Brionac left with to attack (8500 total), he offered me the handshake. 2-0.
- Round 6 - Last round vs Qliphorts:
Game 1: I start of with the manju, unicore + valkyrus combo, leaving no field (because I thought he also played Nekroz ). He summoned a Qliphort Disk, attack and set 2. I activated Nekroz Cycle, to which he chained Vanity's Emptiness. I let the chain resolve, then Mst-ing the last backrow. Next I searched Shurit by discarding Brionac, then removing brionac and the Nekroz Cycle from play to add Nekroz Mirror to my hand. I activated it, summoning Trishula and banishing his monster + only monster in his hand. Then I summoned Manju, searched Kaleidoscope, and activated it to summon Unicore. I attack for 6400 and dealt 800 damage with Cowboy in main phase 2, leaving my opponent with 800 LP. My opponent drew a card and scooped. 1-0. Game 2: I start with a manju, royal decree, Mst and unicore and brionac. I summon manju, search kaleidoscope, discard brionac to get valkyrus, then summon unicore & valkyrus with kaleidoscope. Next I make Lavalval Chain, put Brionac on top and tribute both of valkyrus' effect, drawing Brionac and Nekroz Mirror. I set Royal Decree, Mst and Nekroz Mirror and end My turn. He summon Qliphort Carrier, attacks and sets 3 (Vanity's, Skill Drain and Mind Drain. In the End Phase I activate Royal Decree and my opponent scoops, because he cannot see a way out of this softlock. 2-0.
