This event supports YGOPro Percy's Version only.
Intro:
Hello and welcome to the 3rd Highlander tour to host on RDA, usually Princess Talaya is the one to host this event but I'll be doing it this time ;D
The main idea of this tournament is that all cards (except banned) become limited, so this will be a fun challenge for you in skills and creativity in deck building to compete against other members of the academy.
______________________________________________ Rules & Information:
- Every card in the game (except banned) is limited, so your deck can only contain 1 copy of a card.
- The tour will be following the most recent banlist (1/4/2014)
- The duel will be a match duel on YGOPro Percy's version with all game options set as default.
- This round of the highlander will be free of fees.
- You must PM a screenshot of your deck to the tournament host the screen should show main, extra and side deck.
- You can't change your deck during the event.
- This event will starts after the deadline is reached or 8-16 joined.

1st Place: 500 DPs, a userbar and a name in Hall of fame
