Rulers --> into semi limited
Mermails --> getting their dragoon into semi limited ;s
Dark Hole --> banned

what i would like banned:
sixth sense, limits strategical play too much.
safe zone, ridiculously easy to almost lock the duel, and the restrictions are not balanced with it's effect.
Dragon ruler Blaster: banning him would push the game to more variation and some consistency without inhibiting dragon rulers decks.
Super poly, the fact that it prevents the opponent from responding and protecting his monster is not healthy at all.

what'd like limited:
Pleiades and ophion, those guys are always messing up my plays.
stratos, never understood the hype, "it searches any HERO monster" so what? tele dad is far gone and hero decks are not broken.
sacred sword, pot of greed for rulers.
royal decree, traps are more relevant this format.
rekindling, absurd.
mermail abyss teus, for easiest level 7 in the mermails and for searching effect.

Ban: Sixth, RDD. I'm good with the rest.

Rulers to 1, babies off the ban, stratos to 1, and ravine to 1, just for shiggles. I like this ban list idea.
