● Just as the first statistics been made, I'm making another one upon this weird inactivity RDA is having, So my hopes that the community answer these questions to help me and the staff improving RDA's performance to fulfill your quests and present the needed fun.

"Gladiator Tournament". Why do you think it didn't work?

2. I've started an event called "Survival Duels", I got the participants needed in it, but then the event is taking a month to finish. Why do you think this is happening?

3. There was a small event called "Cards Creation" and it's been made only once here since I didn't see many people interested in, I didn't make it again. Why do you think it didn't work?

4. There're 2 prepared events that we never hosted here just yet, they are "Weekly Battle Royal" and "Daily Cup". Would you be interested in joining if we hosted them?

what i see is that RsS is doing all the work and the other are doing the same effort im making, which is not a lot, but i cant really judge if i dont know what is really going on

people lose interest in things that takes too long

because its a competition not a discussion, the judge didnt give any thoughts to the normal members, they didnt tell them what they did wrong, people lose interest in thing that they cant figure out

recruiting members who actually care about dueling in arenas. sorting out meta from nonmeta decks, and write it down on a list so people wont argue about what they think is meta or not meta,because everyone has their own meta list, it makes things harder to have a fair duel.

1.What do you think of RDA's staff in general, and do you think they are active enough? As I stated last time, staff are friendly, fair, and regular members of RDA.
2.What do you think of RDA's community in general? We are not without our drama, but for the most part, it's a bunch of friends playing cards and discussing pokemon.

1.Why aren't you active? I am active, but I spend more time dealing with the forum than actually in the chat box talking, as there are less people to talk with.
2.What are you looking for in RDA and you can't find? People to talk to regularly, familiar faces, new faces, all of it. The chat box regularly has 2-3 people on it, or none.
3.Would you be interested in helping RDA out by joining it's staff? I'm part of staff, and have all the responsibilities I could hope for.

(C) Opinions/Suggestions

1.There has been some events in RDA that didn't really work, such as
"Gladiator Tournament". Why do you think it didn't work? Restricting the tournament's decks to monsters of one type is foolish; it makes some cards overpowered as main deck counters (Array of Revealing Light, for example, would disable the opponent's entire deck from attacking with 100% accuracy)

2. I've started an event called "Survival Duels", I got the participants needed in it, but then the event is taking a month to finish. Why do you think this is happening? I KNOW why this is happening. It's due to a few of the participants (Oz and LateKnight) holding up the event. Oz has been stalling opponents, asking to put off the match until "tomorrow" and complaining that he doesn't want to do the duel. LateKnight is completely AWOL, and has been for some time now. The other members are likely dealing with school work, and not as active as they usually are.

3. There was a small event called "Cards Creation" and it's been made only once here since I didn't see many people interested in, I didn't make it again. Why do you think it didn't work? Personally, I just wasn't interested.

4. There're 2 prepared events that we never hosted here just yet, they are "Weekly Battle Royal" and "Daily Cup". Would you be interested in joining if we hosted them? Definitely, though not every day, I would join them when available.

(D) Testing System

1. What do you think of the current testing system (overall look)? It's a great way to guage the skill level of new players. The testers are fair and equitable.
2. Do you like the banlist we have? The ban list appears to hit items that are unbalanced but legal by konami standards.
3. Are you interested in taking retests to get higher dorms? why? I'm obelisk blue, bro. Not feeling the need to test further.
4. What would you change in the testing system? I'd put me on board as a teacher Wink

1. Do you like the Wars/Team system? Yes. As war manager, I am dedicated to keeping this section active.
2. Why aren't you joining/making a team? I am ineligible to be in a team, due to my Mercenary Status. I do plan to sell my mercenary shop, however, and build a team.

real life problems and inactivity...then the problems of people taking forever to duel and no one likes waiting forever for things like that to finish

1.What do you think of RDA's staff in general, and do you think they are active enough? Our Staff members all seem like good people. I think we are active enough for the amount of members we have. I think we should stick around in the chat box more for some of our discussions. At least so it doesn't seem like we're not here. xD

1.Why aren't you active? I'm decently active. I log on everyday. My activity depends mostly upon the regular members and if Admins are doing things I can't award.

1.There has been some events in RDA that didn't really work, such as
"Gladiator Tournament". Why do you think it didn't work? Seems like it takes too long to get people interested, and too long to get people started. Most people probably lose interest after waiting too long.

2. I've started an event called "Survival Duels", I got the participants needed in it, but then the event is taking a month to finish. Why do you think this is happening? People probably lost interest. Waiting on other people to do things can be annoying.

3. There was a small event called "Cards Creation" and it's been made only once here since I didn't see many people interested in, I didn't make it again. Why do you think it didn't work? People may want to focus on the real game. I personally don't care for this.

1. What do you think of the current testing system (overall look)? Besides the Ban List, everything is fine.
2. Do you like the Ban List we have? HATE IT. Banning cards from every decent Arch-type while leaving the "Tier 1" deck is silly and I won't participate until it's changed ;D.
3. Are you interested in taking retests to get higher dorms? why? Sure. It would show how you've improved over time.
4. What would you change in the testing system? Ban list.

2. What would you suggest to make arenas more interesting? They seem fine the way they are to me.

Busy with Work and Studies so I will neglect stuff in the future. So if that's a problem feel free to kick me out of the staff. After all Golden looks better on me. Wink

Well, now i don't know if the testers have the same amount of time to create a deck, but if i'm right you're creating it around the same time i do, so it's basically about deck creations skills, sounds really fair to me.

What I see is RsS doing all the work with some few active staff like Marcus and the others just sit on skype ; so RDA staff in general is pretty inactive.

All RDA events are going so slow cuz of the inactivity & most people probably lose interest after waiting too long.

Not really at the moment ; i don't see any difference between the dorms even the dorm section is pretty dead looks like the dorms are just a color & a sorta of "rank" atm .

Overall Suggestions:
RDA need to have a sense of unity or originality on it tours & events & RP & maybe arenas too ( I mean why people will join RDA if the only things that you offer ; any other academy offer it or maybe better ). It needs to keep our mind busy. We got to think, "We are here, we're at a Duel Academy". We need the off topic, classes, dorms, tournaments, events, RP & games to be constantly active & to be done everyday if possible Razz

or just every week/month(depends on the event). This comes with more determined, active, responsible staff. There is also a need to be more staff and they need to be more adults to this standing. Have one admin/assisstant/mod/teacher online at each stage of the day or possibly online all day. We need to appeal to productivity and to people of each time zone .The members have a vision, staff are those who work to make that into reality.
For Inactivity issue ; theres 3 cases:
1-RDA hasn't been updating frequently to keep people interested & stay on it.
2- people left the game & they're bored with yugioh.
3-people are busy with irl stuff ( school/work/etc...)
Maybe you should make a poll to see whats the real problem thats causing this inactivity .

Glad to see my activity is being noticed since quite frankly hes right o.O. I see maybe about 5 of us working every1 else in on there asses.

Quite frankly man I don't like you insulting us testers as a group based on my knowledge of knowing were one of the best group in the world when it comes down to truly dueling. We as a unit and separately are among the best in the online community when it comes to testing. So i don't appreciate you insulting something you didnt even score that high in.
