What Is a Storm Circle Deck?
 
It’s a variant of the Perfect Circle strategy (see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vS2XlO2QCEM) that runs Elemental Hero Neos and Neo-Spacian monsters instead of Destiny Hero Plasma. The goal of this deck is to summon Elemental Hero Storm Neos while keeping alternative win conditions open (such as with Miracle Fusion and XYZ summons).
 
Who Is Storm Neos?
 
He is a Contact Fusion monster that requires “Elemental HERO Neos”, “Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird”, and “Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin” to be summoned. Storm Neos does not require Polymerization. Though Storm Neos is difficult to summon naturally, his effect is worth the effort.
 
Storm Neos’s Effect
 
Card Text: Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Once per turn: You can destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field. During the End Phase: Shuffle this card into the Extra Deck. When this card is shuffled into the Extra Deck this way: Shuffle all cards on the field into the Deck.
 
Why Use This Card (and This Deck)?
 
The monster lovechild of Giant Trunade and Heavy Storm, Storm Neos is immensely powerful. The goal of this deck is to special summon him consistently and quickly.
 
Elemental Hero Prisma, Foolish Burial, and Lavalval Chain send Elemental Hero Neos and the Neo-Spacian monsters to the Graveyard. Miracle Contact allows this deck to use the Fusion Materials in the Hand, Field, and Graveyard to special summon Storm Neos directly from the Extra Deck.
 
Miracle Fusion, Elemental Hero Absolute Zero, and Elemental Hero the Shining make this deck competitive when Storm Neos cannot or should not be summoned.
