Since my leaving in reason of my stage, when I got some free time, I worked on a competitive deck that would work greatly with me. Its when the red-eyes support appeared that I found it. So I worked on one, making research around existing deck recipes for inspiration and all. When done, I trained hard with it and won many duel with. I even beat a Nekroz deck with it (during the time Djinn wasn't ban). But now, it looks like my deck don't work well, because I get countered many time, even today.

Or my deck has a problem, or I have a problem with it. So I need help to figure out the problem and advice to become stronger. Can you help me please?

Hey Dark!
I think you're running too many Summoned Skull. Overall the fusion isn't THAT important to focus on, you can run only one spell to fuse and one summoned skull which would be enough.

I have few suggestions for you.

Mathematician, Carboneddon, Glow-Up Blub.
Dragon's Mirror
Byo | With black metal dragon you can abuse the effect and ofc you'd then run Beast-Eyes.
Claw of Hermos for fun.

There is the updates of my deck after advice, but it doesn't work well again. I really want to make it a competitive deck to challenge tournaments and all.

Just put 3 Upstart Goblin or remove it from the whole deck. e.e

Ultimately you're on the right track. I wouldn't use 3 of the Red-Eyes Xyz, though. If a themed deck is what you are trying to do, it's fine, but you only need 1, or 2 if you really like it. Fusion Conscription is another fun choice if you're interested in more searching power. In my own deck, I also use a single copy of Dark Magician, so that I have access to Amulet Dragon in the Extra Deck. At least, I personally think it would work better for you than Red-Eyes Black Dragon Sword.

You also need more drawing power. I'd suggest Allure of Darkness, or Upstart Goblins.
