Hey there Kudo!
You're running many of the cards of the archetype that the deck works better without!! You have a strange count of cards there, the idea of running 1 Royal Degree among 13 other traps is just wrong. 1 of every other thing isn't also good. It just makes the deck run weirdly! Upstart has a rule let's say, running it means you should run either 0 or 3.

Note that I have a deck sample that runs the seraph cards, if you remove them and read the guide you'll know what other cards to run instead to create a pure tellars deck : )
