Yes you can since your asking about that game file i'm guessing your have Custom Firmware on your PS Vita you will just need to install a PSP emulator then TN-V for example i would wait awhile though since the game atm only has the in-duel & Menu's Translated the person who translated stopped there but there is another person who is going to translated the story.

Nope just plain vita, but after googling looks like I need to do some preparation. I'll try it and see how it goes.

I would just play it on this PSP emulator it's nt worth the risk of installing Custom Firmware on the vita r psp just to play one game which is nt fully translated if you don't install Custom Firmware right you can brick you Vita r PSP.
