The True Monarch Dominion

So Monarches got a new toy, I don't know what to think of this card yet. I have mixed feelings on liking and disliking it. 

I want to know what you guys think, discuss! 

the 3rd effect is good, mega monarch lose 2 stars? why not? also restriction must have no extra deck is kinda bad, but when it comes to mega monarchs, who the hell need extra deck anyway,

i feel like it's supporting the mega monarchs more then anything honestly

The card, along with a few of the Vassal cards really puts Monarchs on the map. The cards have been absolutely fantastic until now, and I could really invest in these guys. They have a lot of power, especially with the old support that didn't work too well, because other engines were always stronger to sustain a Monarch deck, such as Frogs, Tokens, or even Charmers with their new support. This field spell has a bit of a twist with a third effect, though. Konami is sort of pushing the Mega-Monarchs (True Emperors, so the field spell will probably be renamed to Mega-Monarch's Dominion or similar) but you really don't need them if you don't want them.

A bit of a tip, if you intend to make a Monarch deck in the near future: You don't have to summon a Monarch for the support! Vanity's Fiend and Majesty's Fiend works just as well with the effects to search before and after summoning! Cut your opponent off all together.
