Photofiltre is pretty good

gimp is a free program so u can just look it up and download it

photoshop costs a bit of money but if u use torrent files it will be free......just be careful which one u use so you dont happen to get a virus from ppl trying to hack. if your able to spot real torrents from fake u should be fine on this option

i cant say much about the other photoshop links cause i havent looked into them yet but i can give you one for cs6 extended edition

if you don't know how to use torrent files i reccommend you use gimp since its free and techinically not illegal and can in no way harm your computer if you don't know what your doing

if you get a torrent downloader get vuze or utorrent...

u should uninstall tornTV and run like alot of virus scans and things
