Hello, it's been a long time since I played Yu-Gi-Oh like this (on dueling network and after some time I wanted it try it again after trying to keep up with the news. I still followed the anime till 5ds yes even the movie bonds beyond time, I even followed Zexal a little bit but I am still now learning what xyz monsters exist and how they can improve my current deck. I am not a beginner in the regular aspect, I know how to construct a deck and such but I only played the video games. You know duels were the actions come automatically but that does not mean I will not try dueling network.

Well enough babbling about how much experience I have, now I will tell you about myself, I am 23 years old, I live in Belgium and I live in a small town called Hees.  I study Professional Bachelor Agro -and Biotechnology Graduation course Green Management (this is a literal translation so sorry if this seems off. I do not know how else I would have to tell what I study). Because of my school work I will not always have the time to come here but I will  try to duel one or/and two days a week at least. Yu-Gi-Oh was a trend that seemed to have died out here (in the physical aspect of meeting and dueling someone) so thats why I will be trying on line here.

Well that was everything I wanted to say but I do have some questions tough before I go apply for a dorm:

I know this academy has a ban, limited and semi limited list and I am even adjusting my decks to follow it now but is that really all the cards that are banned/limited here or are they an "addition" to the current banlist (1.2.2014 OCG and 1.1.2014 TCG according to YGO pro) of YGO pro and the dueling network?

What is exactly the difference between TCG and OCG I know the meanings are around Trading Card Game and Original Card Game (correct me if I am wrong)? I think each one stands for Europe and Asia I believe. What is really the implication here I just do not get the difference, can anyone explain this please and what are the implications come rules (in other words which banlist should I follow for my location)?

Are turbo duels considered anime Duels? I know according to YGO pro the speed spell cards are anime cards.
