I am finally consistently summoning her.

She has one problem though, she is affected by morphonics's Double Tool http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Double_Tool_C%26D
So obviously she actually isn't %100 invulnerable. Also her effect should be gaining counters when destroying monsters. But while designing they probably thought since there is venom swamp opponent will not swarm very effectively. However venom cards are garbage unfortunately.
