Hello everyone, 

I've finished making this fun deck today and I'd like to know what ya'all think of it (rate/fix) xd

witch of the black forest is too good not to run here.

+1 rota, searches raiden and dark grepher..
extra:
only r3 is leviar sea dragon

Its a solid idea just not very well executed. 

The deck has to many monsters for starters so your hands will clog so I'd ditch the grephers collaserpants and waybusters. Chaos drags originally started with them but with the game evolution doesn't really need them. My personal thing is I would put +2 ryko over  -2 Raiden cause of insta 3 mill and a card nuke. I wouldn't care about my opponents cards very much to care about using raiden. Ryko gives me a chance to give them insta -1 which is more prominant than raiden. I'd promote interplanatarypurply thorny dragon for that dark monster and for the fact when my opponent tries nuking i have an easy counter. Also add in some dragon ravines. Its a fast and easy way to set up your graveyard for your chaos plays. Also backrow is still an issue you can't not run MST in main deck. MST saves duels (remember MST negates )

-3 malicious (you don't want to draw this guy. There are better ways of getting rank 6s on the field)
-2 Grepher (there are better cards for milling. This guy is a  -1)
-3 Raiden (It's effect is bad)

Main the Rykos, MSTs and the Lances
+1 Lighpulsar (it combos with RedMD very well)
+1 Darkflare (in case you don't get RedMD in grave)
+1 Charge of the Light Brigade
+2 Solar Recharge               (goes well with your lightsworns)
+1 Allure of Darkness (draw Power)

Extra
drop jeweled stardust, Angel of zera, jeweled red dragon archfiend, and the one on the very left. You want room for more rank 6s, and you could also use one or two level 5 synchros (catastor and/or armades) Also drop the rank 4s and replace Mechquipped with Zenmaines
+1 Gaia dragon (throw on top of your 6s for piercing or extra attack.)
+1 Hieratic Dragon King of Atum (Combos)
+1 Photon Strike Bounzer (negate stuff, gets over dracossack)
+1 Inzektor exa-beetle (scrap dragon in xyz form)

Work out the rest of the side on your own, that tends to be a personal preference thing. I hope this helps you! Chaos dragons is one of my favorite decks.
