I don't understand why primal seed was even banned in the first plac

it was limited because of a loop with it and BLS. This was when Dark Magician of Chaos was legal, however, and they simply didn't get around to banning it.

Granted, a loop with it is still viable, but you have to use Macro Cosmos, which is at 1. That's probably why it didn't get unlimited until now.

there's also banisher of the radiance and light, if you need consistency in that, but I digress ^.^

Also rip empty jar decks and also DW lost another power card, they lost to much power since sept.

most dark world decks (successful ones, anyways) run skill drain anyways, so morphing jar is usually a dead card when drawn. They'll adapt.

If you know a successful dw deck that runs skill drain than share it with me. I am yet to see a good dw deck, the arctype is very inconsistent

only changes i see in this format is that, 4axis fist are done (sort of), empty jar dies, lavals,fire kings, infernities.

this format in my opinion wasnt really well thought out, konami employees were like cramming this format.

no rai the morphing jars are banned due to jackpot 7 otk decks nothing to do with empty jar

as well as dragunities arent dead there just considerably slower without that searcher of a fieldspell

4axis ffs arent dead there just slower and will might drop to tier 2

as well as merms are a bit slower and might drop to tier 2 ]\

they killed infernity yes but the 4axis and mermails arent really that much effected by the hits

u all know the ban list starts April 1st right so why would they put Primal seed a 3 that card is OP already u can get ur monster up to 1mil atk if u wanted to

It's hard to get that combo, there is only one target card for primal seed, which can't special summoned outside of banishing dark and lights. then you need a limited card macro cosmos to banish all cards.

infernitiy are not dead and have the potential to be very competitive.
