Weird request but I don't have a deck on my DN account right now, so I need to build one. Is there a good deck for fairly bad players like me to use and how would I go about making it?

Heroes? easy to make, strong and easy to use.
Basic build is..
1 stratos
3 alius
3 bubbleman or 1 with 2 water control monsters like penguin soldier or snowman
neos gradnmole, photon thrasher breaker the magician warrior and crusader of endymion depending on what you're going for.
Emergency call
gemini spark
miracle fusions
reinforcement of the army
super poly
stable spells
stable traps

extra is heroes mixed attributed fusions with rank foures

just play dragons like everyone else on dn

3 big dragon rulers
2 baby dragons

3 super rejuve
3 gold sarc

and rank 7s

Start simple, I suggest Machina builds. 

Basically Machina Fortress + Machina Gearframe And Gadgets + Tin Goldfish
Get Fortress on the field and protect it. ( lance, stuff that negates effects ... etc)
 
Other useful things to run: Iron Call, Double Summon, maybe Summoner Monk.
