Hello all,

We all know that Snatch Steal has returned from graveyard of the TCG to become limited now. The question that asks itself, is it a main card to run now?

Let's talk a little about it.

Snatch Steal wrote:

Equip only to a monster your opponent controls. Take control of the equipped monster. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases: They gain 1000 Life Points.

So old, so simple.. so effective. 

A big eye spell card? hell yes. 
Let's main it in all our decks? mostly yes

Use it, steal your opponent monsters, use them to attack, use them to synchro use them to xyz... all good options. 

Hidden Armory to recycle it.. why not!

Snatch Steal would be a staple if not for one factor: it has to remain in play to keep the monster equipped. you can bypass this by flipping the monster in question face down, though, so that's a neat little interaction to keep in mind.

new "STABLE"?????? hell no. its the new staple.
well, i'm not consider it as staple since i'm not using it in all my decks. but yh, snatch steal is good, its -1 opponent's MST, lol

I made the same comment to rami, but apparently the others insisted that it was "stable" not "staple". Of course, to this I remarked, "well, they're wrong"

This is probably the best 1 spell in the game just after soul charge.

I'd argue this spell puts Soul Charge to shame. Sure, it has to stay on the field, but if your opponent wastes 1 MST, Book of Moon, or similar protecting their own monster, that's one less out they have. The name of the game in YGO is controlling and depleting the opponent's resources, unless you're pushing to win on turn 1. Supply Squad? Another card people will mindlessly MST, giving your other cards more of an aura of safety. Just another example, mind you. This card will win you games, and one would be foolish to take the perfect bait card. The limit is sure a lot more lenient than Big Eye, after all, and technically it does actually have a drawback. I see no reason to not run this in every deck you use.

I totally agree. Plus you can run up to 4 of these with hidden armory

I should've put a vote about on this card. But I think most people would vote it as a stable card to run xD

i used it today vs a hero deck, they summoned darklaw to try and counter my nekroz.. next turn i drop snatch steal on them xD the following turn they even used Emergency call and i got to use his eff xD
