Konami has a set of documents that describe everything from how a sanctioned tournament is operated to the kinds of penalties judges can impose upon players. These are important because DN's own system is modeled on Konami policy. I would suggest everyone take the time to read through them and ask if you have any questions about them. I especially suggest looking over the Penalty Guidelines, since they define such things as cheating, slow play, and procedural error. This will be updated as new documents are released.
