Harpies have a new support card, a must-run harpy in the deck; she can bounce, she can search and her searching effect triggers no matter how she's sent to the graveyard.

1: Her first effect might not be used that much, despite the fact that any bouncing effect is good specially against some current tier decks like Shaddolls, Burning Abyss, etc. Also if you have a Divine Wind Field spell, this could be an opening for some good spammy combos. (so sad that Divine Wind is limited)

2: The searching effect is what really matters here, she can search one of the most important monsters in Harpie's deck which is Channeler, also she can search Blackwing Gale since some builds run it and I'm sure there are many other uses for her. One example is that it can search some Dragunity (even though dragunity is kinda dead these days).

3: You can send her to grave by using Channeler's discarding effect, or by discarding her as a cost to use Phoenix Wing Wind Blast which is a really good card to run in Harpies since you can discard Sign with it. Also Lavalval Chain if it was at a point needed and let's not forget that she still activates if detached as an XYZ material.

Harpies are so fun to run, but I still sense they can't get up to certain level.

The only way that she could be top tier, is getting their searching instantly and some protection for the XYZ using herpes as materials.

Toolbox rank 4 can actually do lot of things to top tier, and neither BA, Dolls, Necloth, or Qliphort can kill the phantasmal dragon without raigeki.
