I don't know why, but I see the decks that are topping kinda are.. ish bad with the build '-'
I mean it has things making it look so random, why the 1 Cardcar... why a 1 POD?  1 MST... '-' just so random, I'm not sure how is playing IRL but if this was online, I'd say that deck that topped is bad.

Online and IRL are two different types of gameplay. I can say from in my days of irl playing its a completely different atmosphere and completely different build. O

Online you can build whatever you want cause its free. IRL it costs a bit of money to really get what you want. Also how people play IRL is really way different from how we do online. The deck meta is the same of course only because people follow these tournaments and copy them into the online gameplay. 
Thats how HATS got popular in the first place lol. 

Either way decks irl are bound to be more weaker and rogue than online decks because of money and finds. Not every can just go spending hundreds of dollars on cards or happen to get lucky to find all they need in packs.
