well, not all deck use field spell card, what if i make a satellar deck and add 1 orichalcos on it? is that counted as make a deck based on orichalcos?

example a satellar deck. satellar needs another field? no, even satellars dont need orichalcos.

another example is earthbound and malefic, both need field? yes, both need orichalcos? maybe. and theres another field on both deck, then that means its not make a deck based on orichalcos.

if you mean that just put 1 orichalcos in any deck is "make a deck based on orichalcos" then its a no.

its better host any tourney and make one of the rules or maybe special rules "must have orichalcos on the main deck" than host a tourney that "make a deck based on orichalcos".
